AWAVE Travel’s is looking for a talented individual to lead our Snow Travel Department. This role will include developing AWAVE Travel’s range of quality Heliski, Catski, and Freeride partners, taking financial responsibility within the unit, developing sales, and leading this section of the companies growing business.

You will be in contact with clientele and recommend the most suitable snow options based on the clients’ requirements. You are responsible for the sales and distribution of snow travel packages and handling of the bookings, from initial consultation, recommendations, and facilitating bookings.

Key Skills:

• University graduate
• Numerical/Law/Business/Tourism Degree preferred
• Good maths understanding
• 2+ years of work experience
• Management experience of small teams
• Previous experience in Sales or in other fields of the Surf Industry is a plus
• Impeccable customer service orientated at a luxury clientele
• Knowledge of Snowboarding/Skiing, Snow Forecasting, Snow Travel, and
• Snow Seasons about the different areas of the world
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Any foreign language – French, German, Portuguese preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other operational systems
• Hard-working
• Able to learn fast, willing to give 100%, and to go the extra mile when needed
• Experience working remotely
