The town of Sayulita has managed to elevate itself to one of the surf havens of the Riviera Nayarit. Offering year-round waves right on the doorstep, from mellow beach breaks to left and right reefs. There are up to 15 surf breaks in the vicinity of Sayulita. The long stretch of shoreline that runs northwards from Puerto Vallarta, is loaded with reefs, point breaks, and some beginner-friendly beach breaks!
The waves are perfect for all skill levels including beginners, intermediate, and advanced surfers. Punta Sayulita is ideally suited to beginners and longboarders. The rights off the point are slow and predictable, while the lefts at the rivermouth are steeper and faster. Waves break in the bay all year round with the best months being December through early April when the north swells hit as well as the offshore winds. March and April are usually windy, before summer pushes in long period S-SW swells in the 4-8ft range, the perfect direction for the northern lefthand breaks!

All the accommodations at AzulPitaya Beach Hotel are the same. Each villa is 300 sqft and comes with a King Size bed, a private balcony, and a terrace. The living area consists of two comfortable sofas, each of which can be used as a single bed.
The rooms have blackout curtains and double glass windows, ensuring a peaceful nights sleep.
All villas have a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette with a fridge and a dining table (utensils provided).
Drinking water, coffee & ice are provided in the room free of charge.
The Cuisine
AzulPitaya Beach Hotel is located in between two restaurants on the beach, just 15 meters away, โBar la Islaโ, one of the most favourite places in Sayulita, andย โFrente al Puntoโ, often used as a wedding venue and restaurant. Breakfast is also available at โEl Jardรญnโ just a few meters away from the hotel lobby. In Sayulita town, there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars for the ones willing to explore the area.
