The Surf Camp
Gota Dagua surf houses are located within walking distance of each other in the beautiful and calm neighbourhood of São João da Caparica.
The main surf house is where dinners and evening entertainment are hosted and where all the action happens. It is where the bar and chill-out areas are located as well as the games room and slackline. Breakfast is also served in the surf camp daily.
Located just 20 metres from our main surf camp, the surf suites offer a more private and exclusive experience for families and couples who wish to enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of the main surf camp. The surf suites are located in a three-storey, bohemian style house which has a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge room with TV and family dining area.

The surf camp runs weekly theory lessons which are delivered by the coaches, that include presentations and video analysis designed to accelerate your progress inside the water. Accommodation
The Rooms at Gota Dagua Surf Camp Portugal cater for all needs: there are private, ensuite, triple and shared rooms! The Single, Double and Triple rooms are spacious and with plenty of natural light, equipped with clothing stand, bedside tables, power outlets, nightlights and access to the shared balcony.
If you wish for more privacy, you can opt for the Ensuite rooms, with private bathrooms. For a more social-friendly experience, the Shared rooms have brilliantly designed bunk beds, each with its own curtain for privacy.
The Cuisine
Breakfast is truly the most important meal of the day, especially before a full surfing day. The breakfast is balanced and nutritious to keep you full of energy all day long!
For dinner, Gota Dagua chefs will prepare a selection of meals with fresh ingredients for you to experience the Portuguese cuisine. BBQ nights are the perfect way for all guests to come together. Meats, veggies, salads, and pasta are served, with vegan options also available on request.
All the healthy meals are prepared by chef Luiz in the camp fully equipped kitchen, where you can also store your drinks and snacks.
Activities
Gota Dagua offers a range of great activities and experiences to take part in during your free time. From magical sunsets on the Arriba Fossil cliffs and exploring hidden beaches to BBQ nights, beach parties, karaoke and quiz nights! The surf camp staff could also help you organise extra activities such as coasteering, stand up paddle, kayak, treetop climbing, paintball and more!
Yoga
Stretch and strengthen all your surfing muscles with daily yoga included in Gota Dagua Surf & Yoga Package. Increase your flexibility and balance to gain more confidence when surfing, gain concentration and clarity in mind, relax your ache muscles after the beach days!
Junior Camps
Gota Dagua Junior surf camps are for teenagers between the ages of 12 and 18 years old. These camps include accommodation, surf courses, food and activities alongside 24-hour supervision from the dedicated team. There will be fun-packed days of surf lessons, climbing, swimming, beach cleaning, laser tag, skate sessions, ping pong tournaments, cinema nights, talent shows and much more.
