The houses at Kuanza Fajã do Belo are self-catering and each of them is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and even a BBQ. Upon your arrival at São Jorge airport, take a taxi to Fajã dos Cubres, making a necessary stop at the supermarket along the way.
Alternatively, select one of the local restaurants to enhance your “Fajã” experience and indulge in genuine Azorean dishes amidst a pure and authentic atmosphere.

The airport you will want to fly into is Sao Jorge (airport code SJZ) on Sata/Azore Airways. There are no direct flights from Lisbon or the USA to SJZ, but you can do a stopover in either PDL or TER. Flights run daily in and out of Lisbon, but only a few days a week from JFK or BOS. Ferry and private speedboat options are also possible.
