The newly renovated beach house, nestled in a tranquil residential area surrounded by shops, restaurants, golf courses, and fishermen, is a 150m2 retreat that accommodates up to 12 guests and boasts a 60m2 rooftop terrace with table tennis, foosball and a BBQ.
Situated a mere 100 meters from the beach, it provides convenient access to surf spots. The house offers WiFi, a spacious living room with a fireplace and board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and oven. The rooftop terrace serves as a haven for relaxation, yoga, and fitness.
