Haira is a 28m long surf charter, capable of cruising to all areas in the Maldives. The charter comes with a dhingy and dhoni as standard, perfect for when groups would like to surf different waves!
With space for up to 16 travelers, the Haira offers 8 comfortable and well-appointed guest cabins. The team that manages the charter has years of experience running surf charters and will make sure you have an amazing trip onboard!
The Surf
The Maldives is renowned worldwide for its perfect tropical surf. Haira Surf Charter can be chartered to any area in the Maldives and we can arrange all possible routes. These vary greatly on the season, so we will always get you to the best area!
North Male offers the most famous waves in the Maldives and is the classic surf area. For those seeking more adventure and less crowded waves, then we would recommend the Central and Southern Atolls. These more remote regions are generally quieter with amazing waves on offer!

Accommodation
On the lower deck, there are 4 cabins with a double/twin option and single bunk bed, 2 cabins with 2 single bunks in each cabin, and 1 cabin with a double bed. On the upper deck, there is a cabin with a double bed (crew cabin with the option to switch to guests). All cabins have individual controlling air conditioners and ensuite bathrooms with hot and cold water!
Food
All trips onboard Haira are fully catered, with the team serving up 3 chef-prepared meals per day. Perfect for refueling hungry surfers after a day chasing waves!
The charter serves up breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with snacks being available throughout the day so you’ll always be well fueled for the next session. If you have any dietary requirements or preferences, please let us know prior to boarding and the charter will be able to accommodate you!
The charter also has a well-stocked bar, with alcoholic drinks being available onboard (chargeable locally).
