Hudhuranfushi Surf Resort is a luxury surf resort located in North Male with exclusive access to one of the Maldives’ highest quality waves, Lohi’s. Lohi’s is a pristine lefthander, breaking over a well-covered reef, offering everything from fast walls, perfect cutback sections, and flawless tubes!
The wave is exclusive to up the resort, limiting the number of surfers onsite to 45, meaning that the crowd levels are low and there are always enough waves to go around! The resort offers a wide range of comfortable luxury accommodation, allowing you to enjoy your luxury surf trip to the fullest!
The Resort
Hudhuranfushi Surf Resort is located in the North Male Atoll, only a 20-minute boat ride from the international airport. The resort is situated on its own island boasting white sand beaches and Lohi’s breaking along the house reef!
Relax around the resort’s pool, take a stroll along the white sand beaches or sit on the deck overlooking Lohi’s and watch the waves roll in! Hudhuranfushi Surf Resort offers a range of land-based and overwater categories to suit all tastes and budgets. All rooms are to a very high standard with most surfers opting for the Lohi’s Villas, sitting just a 50m walk from the break!

Hudhuranfushi Surf Resort boasts private access to one of the highest quality waves in the Maldives, Lohifushi. This ultra-consistent left-hand reef break is located on the reef fringing the resort and is a crowd-pleaser. Breaking in almost all swells, Lohi’s offers something for everyone. We recommend travelling in March/April and October/November for smaller, intermediate friendly surf and in the peak season of May – September if you’re looking for larger surf!
Sitting in the prime surf area in North Male, included in the surf package are twice daily boat trips to the other waves in the area. With the resorts expert guiding, you can expect to surf Coke’s (epic right-hander), Chickens (classy left), Jailbreaks (intermediate friendly right), Ninja’s (perfect for progressing!), Sultan’s (world-class righthander), and Honky’s (classic left-hand reef).

Located in their own jetty, the Over Water Villas offer amazing sunrise and sunset views, your own private decking, and exclusive overwater accommodation! These really offer a special experience and are a favorite with couples and honeymooners!
