The Boat
The Carpe Novo is an excellent luxury charter, offering space and comfort for all travelers across its expansive 3 decks. With space for up to 22 persons, the vessel can be chartered with just 14 persons!
Carpe Novo was launched in 2016 and built by an experienced Maldivian boat builder with the highest attention to detail. This coupled with the excellent service and incredible food on board makes for a world-class charter. A dhoni is included as standard on all trips.
The Surf
The Maldives is renowned worldwide for its perfect tropical surf. The Carpe Novo can be chartered to any area in the Maldives and we can arrange all possible routes. These vary greatly on the season, so we will always get you to the best area!
North Male offers the most famous waves in the Maldives and is the classic surf area. For those seeking more adventure and less crowded waves, then we would recommend the Central and Southern Atolls. These more remote regions are generally quieter with amazing waves on offer!

Accommodation
The Carpe Novo has 12 comfortable cabins of different standards divided over 3 decks. The different cabin types are 4 junior suites, two single suites, and 6 standard Suites. All cabins have individually controlled AC, safety deposit boxes, life jackets, and TV screens connected to the central media system and their own private bathrooms. The electricity voltage onboard is 220V and the plugs are of multinational type.
Food
For us, there is nothing more important on a surf charter than the fuel for the waves! The Carpe Team has an expert chef team onboard serving up 3 hearty meals a day with snacks in between. The dishes are a mix of Western and Maldivian. Portions are always sized for hungry surfers, so everyone will be happy!
The food onboard is of a really high standard with all dietary requirements being catered for. Please advise us prior to arrival of any special requests!
Alcohol is available onboard for an extra charge, so you can enjoy a cold beer at the end of a long day in the water!
