The Boat
The Gahaa is a well-sized charter for up to 8 persons. Operated by one of the most experienced and reliable operators in the Maldives. Gahaa is a simple and comfortable boat, that just works!
With 4 cabins that comfortably sleep up to 8 persons, the Gahaa is perfectly sized for smaller groups of friends. Up on deck is a comfortable dining area to the rear of the boat, with a saloon and chill out area to the front.
Park up and watch the waves from the sun deck or sink a cold beer up there as the sun goes down. The Gahaa is a great option for an affordable charter for your trip!
The Surf
The Maldives is renowned worldwide for its perfect tropical surf. The Gahaa can be chartered to any area in the Maldives and we can arrange all possible routes. These vary greatly on the season, so we will always get you to the best area!
North Male offers the most famous waves in the Maldives and is the classic surf area. For those seeking more adventure and less crowded waves, then we would recommend the Central and Southern Atolls. These more remote regions are generally quieter with amazing waves on offer!

Accommodation
The Gahaa has a total of 4 cabins, 3 ensuite cabins with bunk beds, and 1 normal cabin with bunk beds. Each cabin is well ventilated with fans assisting with the airflow. The Gahaa is non-AC but stays cool and is very comfortable at night. All but 1 of the cabins are ensuite with showers.
The communal areas are on the top deck encompassing a saloon and dining area for up to 8 people. In addition to this, there is an ample sized sun deck on the roof to relax and watch the waves and sunsets from!
Food
For us, there is nothing more important on a surf charter than the fuel for the waves! The Gahaa serves up 3 hearty meals a day with snacks in between. The dishes are a mix of Western and Maldivian. Portions are always sized for hungry surfers, so everyone will be happy!
The fishing in the Maldives is amazing and the chefs are always happy to cook up the day’s catch for you!
Alcohol is available onboard for an extra charge, so you can enjoy a cold beer at the end of a long day in the water!
